We are delighted to receive the support of several fantastic companies. This support makes organising and executing the expedition far more straightforward, ensuring we have access to the latest and greatest equipment to keep us well-prepared and safe. Support also releases a huge financial burden from the expedition members.

All 7 team members are paddling the ReactR – the latest creekboat from Pyranha Kayaks. This kayak is super easy to paddle while remaining satisfying and stylish. A wide, ultra-manoeuvrable platform means it can be loaded with overnight gear while keeping its responsive behaviour. Comfortable, adjustable elite outfitting means we can spend long days on the water and alter fit for different equipment and how the boat is loaded.

NRS have supplied the team with on and off water clothing and equipment, from safety accessories like pulleys and ropes to cags and quick-drying tops, as well as the new Vector and Ninja Pro PFDs. These PFDs have plenty of storage, top-notch comfort and are littered with innovative safety features like RECCO and adjustable harnesses. State of the art equipment allows us to perform well on the water, with a greater trust in our equipment for when things go wrong.

Radical Rider have supported members with Additional equipment such as Kober paddles, Werner breakdowns, Immersion Research Sprayskirts, and watershed drybags.

Additional thanks to River Legacy for supplying InReach devices, Canolfan Tryweryn for the excellent, comprehensive rescue training, RS paddles for supporting members with durable yet dynamic paddles, and The Neil Mackenzie trust for grants to support the team.
